Forms regarding your personal data and delivery address must be filled out with relevant information to ease the ordering process and smooth delivery.
While every effort is made to ensure that stock levels displayed on the website are correct, we may send you an email to advise that an item is no longer in stock and if can be replenished within a given schedule or cannot. Under this circumstance of final shortage, immediate refund will be sent to your credit card.
Photographies of products on the website have been made with high definition to give the most realistic illustration of colors.
All prices on the website are in euro currency and inclusive of VAT at the current rate. Shipping fees are based on package weight and delivery address.
3. DELIVERY & SHIPPING
Packages bound for Metropolitan France are forwarded by the express mode of Colissimo tracking.
Free shipping for France : 100€.
Free shipping for Schengen European countries : 150€
Free shipping for other European countries : 150€
Free shipping for other countries : 400€.
For our fellow British customers, please bear in mind that due to Brexit we nomore ship orders below 135£ (=150€).
NB : the customer is bound to fill correctly one's address + phone number & pick up the package as asked by Colissimo. If not, he will be asked to pay anew the new shipping expenses.
4. AFTER SALE
Customers have a period of 14 calendar days as from the package has been delivered, to return all or part of their order after & contact the website management through the form. In accordance with your request an exchange, or reimbursement, will be made providing that the item has not been worn and is returned with its labels and in its original packaging. Shipping expenses of the item(s) are for the customer’s account. They are reimbursed in the event of the return of defective or incomplete item(s). In the event of a litigation regarding the failure of delivery, the redemption or the re-shipping of the order will only be possible if the carrier acknowledges the claim.
In case of a partial redemption (requested by the customer), if the final order amount is below the thresold of free-shipping, shipping costs applying for an one-item order will be deducted from the redemption.
Customers are demanded to check up their package before delivery acceptance and report it in case of damage.
They are expected to provide correctly their delivery adress ; if not, the return will be at their own expenses. Customers are also highly recommended to provide a telephone number to ease the delivery. Plus they have to track their parcel (with the tracking ID provided by the website) & quickly warn the customer service if any problem occurs.
